As per recent reports, Samsung is working on a lite version of Galaxy Note 10, presumably called, Galaxy Note 10 Lite. As the name suggests it will the cheaper version of the Galaxy Note 10. Although there’s not much known about the phone other than its Model number SM -N77OF. Today Ronald Quandt shared the official renders of the upcoming Note 10 lite.
Galaxy Note 10 Lite
Looking at these official renders reveal that the Galaxy Note 10 Lite has a flat display, yes that’s right, this is the first time that Samsung has opted for flat-screen Note device after giving curved-screen Galaxy Note devices from past few years, infact the last flat screen Note phone was the Galaxy Note 5 back in 2015.
Galaxy Note 10 Lite has a punch-hole display just like the Samsung Galaxy S10 & Note 10. An AMOLED panel with cut-out for the front camera on the top middle of the screen. There’s a little chin at the bottom. Now coming to the rear it has a squarish camera layout which houses the triple camera setup and the LED Flash. power button & volume rockers are on the right, the left side remains untouched. Type C port along with the speaker grill at the bottom. Interestingly the 3.5mm audio has made a comeback in the Lite version which Samsung removed from the Galaxy Note 10 this year.
Furthermore, as this is a Galaxy Note series phone, it comes with its proprietary S-Pen as well and as per Ronald, the S-Pen has Bluetooth 5.0 support same as Note 10. There’s no physical fingerprint sensor present on the back or on the sides which suggests that the phone has an in-display fingerprint sensor which could very well be an ultra-sonic just like its bigger brother.
As per the renders, the device will have at least 3 colour options – Red, Silver & Black. this confirms the previous leak about the phone coming in three colour options and as of now, there’s nothing known about rest of the specifications of the phone.
The pricing of the Galaxy Note 10 Lite is expected to be around € 679 in the European market. With that being said the prices in Europe are normally higher than the other market so we don’t expect it to launch in India or other markets with the same pricing.
