Thanks to the leaks & teasers, we know that Poco is launching a new smartphone soon & it is the Poco X3, possibly the successor of the X2 that launched in January. We already know how it looks from the rear thanks to FCC listing.
Now, this is probably the biggest leak yet as Poco X3 renders has been leaked by a Turkish website named “MIUITurkiye“.
Poco X3 renders leaked.
As per the leaked Poco X3 renders, there’s a hole-punch display at the front & there’s a single punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera ( instead of two), minimal bezels all around & a good amount of chin at the bottom. The fingerprint sensor is integrated into the power button itself (side-mounted) Type-C port & speaker grill at the bottom.
As for the rear, the back design of the Poco X3 is a bit ODD & by ODD I mean the camera array. So the rectangular-shaped Quad rear camera setup in which the primary lense is surrounded by three other lenses & a LED Flash. On top of all this, the camera module has a circular ring around it & also a text which says 64MP AI Super Camera. Poco branding is at the bottom.
Well, even though the back design is a bit ODD but it is good to see a different design from Poco and not just a straight-up re-branded Redmi or Xiaomi phone. The website also shared some specs which fall in line with the previously leaked specs.
There’s a 6.67-inch FULLHD+ display with 120Hz high-refresh-rate & 240 touch sampling rate though there’s no mention of the display panel & since it has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor so our guess is its probably an LCD panel.
According to the website, the device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 732 processor with Adreno 618, although the processor is not officially announced yet & it will be on 8nm manufacturing process. Contrary to it, the previous leak suggested 732G, so it’s not still confirmed which processor will it be.
The device has a 20MP selfie camera & 5510mAh battery with 33W fast charging. Furthermore, the website also shared the launch date, which is 8th September as per them. With that being said, there’s no confirmation if all this information is absolutely even though the renders do look official. Still, take these with a pinch of salt.
Well, its matter of time the company makes it official so for that stay tuned.
