POCO-X3-NFC-LAUNCH-DATE

A week ago, we got the leaked images of the upcoming Poco X3 NFC & looking at the all the leaks we’ve been getting indicated at an imminent launch. Oh well, fast forward a bit, now we have the official announcement, Poco has announced on Twitter that it will launch Poco X3 NFC on September 7 in an online event.

You may ask why the company has named it X3 NFC? Well, as evident it has NFC (Near Field Communication) which you usually get in the European market but unfortunately, India doesn’t get the NFC enabled version so that’s it. Though there’s no information on Indian launch as of now.

The Poco X3 NFC is technically the successor, well at least for the Indian market since Poco X2 was the first device that the company launched upon coming back. So a successor for Indian market whereas a first X series device from the company besides the F2 Pro.

Now onto the design of the Poco X3 NFC, it has changed quite a bit. As there’s a hole-punch display at the front & there’s a single punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera (instead of two), minimal bezels all around & a good amount of chin at the bottom. Power button on the right & volume rockers on the left. Type-C port & speaker grill at the bottom.

As for the rear, the back design of the Poco X3 NFC is a bit ODD, i mean the camera array. The rectangular-shaped Quad rear camera setup in which the primary lense is surrounded by three other lenses & a LED Flash. On top of all this, the camera module has a circular ring around it and a text which says 64MP AI Super Camera. lastly, there huge POCO branding on the rear.

Other Stories:  Poco X3 renders leaked, specs confirmed too.

Now on to the specification, There’s a 6.67-inch FULLHD+ display with 120Hz high-refresh-rate & 240 touch sampling rate though there’s no mention of the display panel & since it has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor its probably an LCD panel like the Poco X2.

Coming to the highlights of the device, which of course is the all-new Qualcomm Snapdragon 732 processor which has 15% better GPU performance though it has same Kyro 470 CPU as Snapdragon 730G though the clock speed of SD 732G is just a tad bit higher at 2.3GHz compared to 2.2GHz of snapdragon 730G.

Other specs of the device are a 64MP Quad rear camera setup, 20MP front camera, 5,160mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.

There’s no info on the pricing but the launch is just a week away now. Stay tuned
