The successor of the OG POCO F1 is probably the most anticipated device that fans have been waiting for and from the past few weeks, we’ve got a good amount of leaks and all the previous leaks have hinted towards the POCO F2 Pro to will be the re-branded Redmi K30 Pro for the global market and now since POCO Global has returned too (after 256 days) and has started teasing about it is just a matter of time till the company announces the launch date of the phone.
Though it seems like that the fans won’t have to wait for the official announcement as Sudhanshu Ambhore has shared the launch date of the upcoming POCO F2 Pro and it is launching on 12th May in Spain (next week).
Since POCO X2 launched in India and did not launch globally so the POCO F2 Pro will be the first phone from the company for the Global market after 2018 (POCO F1). There are strong rumours floating around suggesting that there’s no POCO F2 for Global, there’s F2 Pro only and the regular POCO F2 is saved for India, which will be a completely different device not a Redmi re-branded device wich the company has already clarified that which basically means that Redmi is saving K30 Pro for itself to lunch later this year.
