A few days ago we saw the leaked posters of the upcoming OPPO Reno 4 Pro which indicated that OPPO is gearing up for the launch of Reno 4 series. Well, that’s exactly what’s happening as the company has announced that it will be launching its Reno 4 series .i.e. Reno 4, Reno 4 Pro on 5th June in China.
As for design, the difference between the two phones is that Reno 4 Pro has a single punch-hole display whereas the regular Reno 4 has a dual punch-hole display & the Pro model has the bigger display compared to the regular one. Also, specifications are mostly similar too though cameras are little different which you’d expect from a Pro version.
We already know what the specifications are as it was leaked too, so the Reno 4 features a 6.43-inch display with FullHD+ resolution & 2.5D curved glass while the Reno 4 Pro has a 6.55-inch display with FullHD+ resolution & 3D curved glass. Powring both the devices is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G processor and has 8GB RAM/128GB storage & 8GB.256GB Storage whereas the Pro version comes in 8GB/128GB & 12GB/256GB. Runs on ColorOS 7 based on Android 10.
As far as cameras go, they are slightly different so the regular version has a triple camera setup at the back, includes a primary 48MP camera with no OIS, a secondary 8MP ultra-wide-angle & a 2MP B&W portrait lens. On the front, there are dual front cameras, a 32MP primary coupled with a 2MP depth sensor.
On the other hand, Reno 4 Pro has triple rear cameras on the back, includes a primary 48MP lens with OIS, a 13MP telephoto lens & a 12MP camera. On the front, there’s a 32MP camera for selfies.
There’s a 4,000mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
Well, we don’t know the pricing as yet, but the launch isn’t far away so stay tuned.
